Information we collect

We collect the information entered in the application form, including the applicant’s name, date of birth, musical interests, requested support, and parent or guardian contact details.

Why we use it

The information is used only to review the application, verify relevant opportunities, make decisions about possible support, and communicate with the parent or guardian about the application and related arrangements.

Children’s information

Because the programme is for musicians aged 17 and under, parent or guardian contact details are required. Juniper does not use application information for publicity without separate permission.

Sharing and payments

Application information is not sold. Where support is approved, limited information may be shared with a relevant organisation or provider only where necessary to arrange the opportunity or payment, and with the parent or guardian involved in the process.

How long we keep it

Application information should be kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed to review the application, administer any support offered, and maintain appropriate records. Information that is no longer needed should be securely deleted.

Questions or requests

A parent or guardian may contact Juniper to ask about the information held in connection with an application, or to request correction or deletion where appropriate.
